How much do you charge?

Instead of charging an hourly rate, I provide estimates for each item or project you need done. This way there’s no worrying about how much a project might cost.

Can I get an estimate over the phone?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. For small projects like a faucet installation, or TV hanging I’d be happy to give you a great estimate by phone. Just call or text!

For larger projects or ones that might require a variety of material or more complexity, we’ll find a good time to discuss the work in person.

Do I need to have my faucet/light fixture/other materials purchased before you arrive?

Accepted Answer

I can install your pre-purchased fixtures. If you prefer me to purchase the fixtures, materials, etc I’m also happy to do so before arrival.

For larger projects requiring bulk or various materials, I will provide all of these for you.

What are your service areas?

I mainly serve Curtis Park, Land Park, South Land Park, Tahoe Park, East Sacramento, Pocket, and Midtown with limited expansion into surrounding neighborhoods.

Are you licensed?

I do not carry a California Contractors License. 
I do carry liability insurance up to $1 million for added peace of mind while working in your home.
